What I do if my AHI creeps up is to change my unit's filter, and then to ensure that there are no mask leaks. (I've had some sneaky mask leaks where the cushion on my nasal mask seemed tightly secured, but was just slightly loose.)

Other possibilities might include a minor cold or allergies.

Lots of other considerations, as the other forum members will post.

Good luck !

Relax. Yor AHI's are within the normal range. Do not become a Sleepyhead junkie. Ignore it and listen to how you feel.

There's clearly room for improvement... no matter what *you* and the 'medical field' call "normal range".

To improve your numbers, you need to increase your min so the pressure will stay closer to where your needs are.

Another bad night... what setting do I need to change? Nights seem to start out okay but then go downhill when I get deeper into sleep.

Might be REM stage sleep causing your pressure settings to not be effective.
Might be you were on your back.
Might be a combination of both.
Both can worse OSA and make a person need more pressure.

Increasing the minimum is usually the first thing we look at for situations like this. If it were me I would increase that minimum 1 cm and see if that was enough to break up the clusters.

If you think you might be on your back when those clusters happen you could try to stay off your back but that's easier said than done sometimes.

You need to raise your minimum pressure (it is currently set to 11).

Raise the min to 12 leave the high at 20. and then post a new chart so we can see the results.

The dense clusters are broken up.
If you want to clean things up further you probably need again a little more minimum but it's not urgent if you are sleeping decently and feeling decent.
I would give these settings a few more nights to see if the trend holds and then decide if you want to clean things up a little bit more with another 1 cm increase in that minimum.

Your highest numbers are limitations/snoring...which might be related. And....could be positional. Or, just seasonal due to allergies, as suggested by an earlier responder. Or, both working in concert to make a truly crappy night. Beyond that, I'll just watch the experts help you out.

That is a great improvement. You are heading the right direction. Follow Pugsy's advice.
