Re: Titration test necessary?
When they called, they said that they didn't have the full completed result, but had enough to let me know the diagnosis. Explained that I hand 79 events and what not...I emailed them and asked if they could send me what they do have so that I can go over them again.. I would wait to see what the d...

Re: Sleepyhead data, help?
First off, you have done a great job in optimizing your SleepyHead layout. With the two additional days of data I would not change my original recommendation. Increase the minimum to 8 cm, reduce the maximum to 14 cm, and set a ramp start pressure of 6 and a length of 15 minutes. In the end you may ...

Re: Who In The Forum Is Diabetic ???
Type 2 Diabetic, diagnosed 18 years ago or so, and probably had it for a few years before that. A1C was something like 13 if I recall. Have been through major weight loss, fitness training, and a number of different drugs like Prandin, Actos, and am currently using metformin as well as a rapid insu...

Re: Sleepyhead data, help?
Given that you just joined today, I won't say too much here, but I would certainly not lower her max. pressure to 14 now, not going to help anything and could create new problems. I also would raise her pressure less quickly, possibly to 7 over a few nights at least. I would also not re-introduce t...

Re: Sleepyhead data, help?
Guys I have really tried to figure out how to read this data but I really cant. I got the Tap Pap mask and it appears to be making things worse but I cant really tell. My AHI definitely went up. Here are my initial suggestions based on that one chart. It would be better to look at several nights th...

Re: Choosing a Battery
In a nutshell -- I want a battery that lasts 2-3 nights of approx 6-7 hrs, with out heat, preferably with humidity (I haven't tested at home if I would mind w/o the humidity yet) The flexibility to possibly go longer than 2-3 nights either via solar charging, or plugging in to charge during the day...

Re: How to post a link?
OK, I'll try it: Ultimate CPAP Mask! So what I did was click the link button which I have been trying to use. It puts in the start and stop url code. After the first url and before the bracket, paste in your link. Then between the two square brackets you type your text. Seems to work, if I can only ...

Re: How to post a link?
am having trouble easily posting an embedded link in a post or in my signature. I would like it to display only as text (not the raw url) and be hot so you go there when you click on it. Use this format -----> http://i.imgur.com/u51DzsZ.jpg Example: Surprise! And do you just manually enter that cod...

Re: Feel good markers other than AHI
Are you able to post SleepyHead screen shots so we can look at your your settings and results you are getting? Besides AHI I like to look at the Snore and Flow Limitation graphs to see what they are doing.

Re: Help with interpreting my SleepyHead data
I bumped my minimum from 7 to 8, here is last night's data. I think this might be the best night I've had to data, both numbers wise and sleep quality. I don't remember waking up! This chart looks pretty good and certainly could be left as is, or for a few more nights to see how representative it i...

- Is there a good place to learn how to read the reports from Sleepyhead? - On nights when he used the machine, the pressure fluctuated between 7 and 10. Would it be beneficial to use a narrower pressure range? Here is a link to a guide on how to use SleepyHead - http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/inde...
