So I thought my AirSense Autoset died. At 3am on Friday. Looking for a new CPAP

I fortunately found a same day delivery on Amazon for a new power brick. I’m back in business. Since Aetna will pay for a new machine every two years and I’m eligible, I want to get a new one. While I love the AirSense, is there a new “Cadillac” of CPAP machines that have come out in the last few years?
