Re: Rant: I just want my damn machine!!!

Re: Dreamstations On Sale - Any Idea Why?

Re: Dreamstations On Sale - Any Idea Why?
I hear you by having some ppl test it out first. But the machine really isn't all that different by the algorithms, meaning it will still give u the same comfortable therapy. It looks like they are like cars, they do the same thing but with more features. They just add new tech, like the modem is bu...

Re: Dreamstations On Sale - Any Idea Why?
Looks very interesting, I am looking at getting one if they get released soon. Do you think its close to being the same as the dreamstation go? How much do dreamstation apaps usually go for when they are newly released?

Re: using an extension cord with your cpap machine
The only time you have to really worry about the gauge and length is when running a something that takes a lot of power such as a power saw or microwave. This takes such a small amount of energy you will be fine. Especially since it converts into DC.You start to notice power loss after more than 25 ...

Re: New Apap Same settings different results
Different brands...different auto adjusting algorithms so different response. Historically people who use Respironics auto adjusting seem to need a little more minimum pressure than they were using on auto adjusting ResMed machines. Respironics is a little slower increasing the pressure than ResMed...

New Apap Same settings different results
I just got a dreamstation apap I had a resmed s9 auto for awhile. I am not sure why my ahi is a lot higher with the new dreamstation. It shows a lot less OSA events like my resmed (some up to 25 seconds) but showed but a lot more Hypopneas. The pressure actually stayed at a lot lower level around 8 ...
