Okay, I'm attaching a typical day (so far) of data results. I started CPAP on April 1, and got Sleepyhead loaded and tracking on April 12, so just a week's worth of data so far.
My sleep test had me at 26 AHIs per hour, and my home sleep study using CPAP clearly improved those numbers.
I've really been lucky so far and have had no serious issues with adjusting to CPAP. I'm a side sleeper and tend to flip from one side to the other several times a night. The nasal mask is mostly okay - I'm going in to Kaiser next week to test a nasal pillow mask to see if that might be a bit better for me, as my nasal mask sometimes hurts, leaves red marks and sometimes my skin feels bruised along the sides of my nose. I'm sleeping well, and don't even have to get up in the middle of the night every night to use the toilet anymore. I am still waking briefly a few times during the night and I learned from someone in this group not to look at the clock, and that was great advice, as I can go back to sleep quite quickly now. I wake up in the morning feeling pretty groggy for a few minutes - reminds me of the days when I was in my 20's and slept longer and deeper, but I am experiencing a slightly improved stamina throughout my day.
I don't understand the graph information at all, so am posting it here to get some feedback. Am I doing okay so far?

The graph looks great and so do your numbers. On the night shown in the graph for a very short period the machine reached your max set pressure of 12 you might want to increase the max pressure to 15 from this graph the machine won’t use 15 but has room to go there if it needs to. Great work

And raise the min pressure to 8.
