Re: Resmed water chamber issues
I have a Resmed Air Sense 10 and have been using it for 18 months- fantastic. I have a problem with my water reservoir leaking but only occasional. I now place my machine in an inverted plastic tub cover to prevent it from damaging the nightstand. I only use distilled water in it. Is there any way ...

Re: My Lucky Day
I forgot to mention the included SD card AND a carry case for the SD card. I suppose it is so you can carry the card to your Dr? So if you aren't getting an SD card with your brand new zero hour AirCurve 10 then your equipment dealer (DME) is stealing it. The black ones are better. https://drive.go...

Yes they did switch the Air10 tank from the entire bottom being steel, to a round heating plate.

Re: Autostart not shutting off with Climatelineair
There are a couple of possibilities: Leak Sensor: The Climateairline might be causing a small leak that the machine misinterprets as breathing, preventing auto-off. Settings: Some settings might need adjustment for optimal autostart functionality with the Climateairline. This is not how AutoStop wo...

Re: Airsense 10 cutting in and out
The large gap between 00:40 and 2:25, the machine was likely off, and then turned back on. We know this because the pressure started at it's ramp of 6. The gap at 4:00 is also a machine power cycle. All the smaller gaps throughout the traces are a data reporting problem. The machine is staying on an...

Today's Solar Eclipse
I feel very fortunate that I live in the path of complete totality for today's solar eclipse. I just hope the weather co-operates. The current forecast is partial cloudiness. In case you are outside of of the path of the eclipse, or it's too cloudy, here's a YouTube live link: https://www.youtube.co...

Re: Can I put a few drops of Vick Vapo Steam in my CPAP Humidifier?
Yup that will work too but just so we are clear, the reason for recommending DISTILLED water instead of tap water in the humidifier, is to ensure that you are not inhaling pathogens that may be lurking around in tap water. Also tap water may leave scaling behind. Not according to ResMed. According ...

If you are self-managing, using OSCAR, and don't need to send your data electronicly, get a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet (card-to-cloud). If you need to send your data to care providers or insurance get a ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet. FWIW: 'The Resmed10 Autosense also sends data to care providers. Vir...

Re: Is the ResMed Airsense 11 Humidifier issue fixed / workarounds okay?
Could anyone elaborate on the high altitude issue? I recently moved from Louisiana to Colorado, and now it feels like I don't get enough air from my AirCurve 10. Some nights it's from the moment I turn the machine on, some nights it give ok pressure for about 30 seconds to a minute. Do I need to ha...

Re: Continued use of recalled Philips Dreamstation BiPAP AVAPS machine
So, whatever you are viewing on the myair app is being hosted on the resmed servers. It isn't in any way using wifi to do that. I can't imagine that resmed would include a wifi chipset on all the machines. That would be expensive for no use at all. You keep going on and on and about ResMed's Wi-Fi,...

The bullfrog has to delime it very frequently to maintain efficiency. how does one do this? reckon i should be giving that a go with mine.
