I believe you tried all three pillows and settled on the medium, but give the large another try. The large size provided much more air for me than the medium.

Before starting cpap therapy, I got yearly sinus infections. I have not had one in 8 years. No runny nose, no sinus problems, no snoring; life is good. Time to buy a lottery ticket.
