Re: URGENT....HELP.....cannot complete sleep study because of panic attacks and claustrophobia
When i first started using the ffm on my machine, i had the claustrophobic sensation. I used a Xanax to get through the night . That little pill helped me through the process.

Re: CPAP Beard & Mustache Seal
I had a full beard but was made to trim it down. Now i have it short. I do have leaks in the lower area. I do have the ffm. I'm going to try this product and report my findings.

Re: First night not so good.
Dont give up. The first night was really hard. I only slept 2 hours. The second night i took a xanax and that really helped. I was able to sleep 6 hours. The third night i was able to sleep fine. Once you get over the claustrophobic effect (i had that) It will be easy to use. Keep plugging away

You might get away with beating the dirt off once or twice-- and washing foam filters; but disposable filters should be REPLACED. A clogged filter can make the motor work harder, and even reduce airflow for YOU. I don’t know how...

Re: Snoring
Sorry about the pics. I changed to Text. There was a comment about changing the filer? I just clean away the dust particles. Should that be changed?

For the first few weeks i didn't snore. After that my wife said i started again. She says it's not as ...

Re: Picking up equipment today.
I have the Resmed F20. I like it, its comfortable. I sleep on my side most of the night. The only leak i get is the the lower left hand corner of the mask. It happens to move when i adjust my head. It's trial and error with these masks. Once you get past the first night (i had to take a xanax to cal...

Hello, New to the board here. I recently got my cpap machine and i love it. I have made my memory and concentration come back. I am a mouth breather so the tech gave me the Resmed F20 mask. I like it, it's comfortable. Unfortunately, I have what some people say a "larger nose" My wife tells me she c...
