New Mask study

So I was selected by my sleep center to take part in a new mask study. At first I was a little hesitant. I use an F-20. They wanted to give a mask that looks like the dreamwear. I was not a fan of the DW. I needed up going back to the F20. Only the mask I’ve the face was a little different. I don’t ...

Dreamwear ffm users- back to F20FFM

Well guys, i switched back. after using the dreamwear for about 2 months i went back to the F20. I hate the fact that I can't scratch my nose but I must say it is a more comfortable sleep for me. I feel i get more air with the F20. If the dreamwear was a little deeper (i have a big nose) i'd probabl...

Re: Dreamwear ffm users- Advice requested

I have to keep it tight. His is the only mask that allows me to have a beard. The FFM F20 gave me to many leaks. WIth this one, I virtiualy have zero.

Re: Mask leak. Dreamwear FFM

For me and my facial topography I also suffered a slight-to-moderate leak at the point where my nostrils contact the upper cushion of the nasal mask. Through many nights of fussing/fidgeting with many strap tensional changes I've managed to minimize but not completely eliminate leakage at that poin...

Re: Dreamwear ffm users- Advice requested

For people having a problem with the FFM headgear wearing out too soon check out EBay....I just saw some for $15 plus 3.50 for S/H. Reportedly new but not in original bag ...sounds like they are breaking down complete mask packages and selling the part individually to get around EBay's restrictions...

Dreamwear ffm users- Advice requested

So, I get called by my Sleep Apnea provider every 3 weeks to see I i need new supplies ie filters, masks, wipes. I guess cause my insurance cover's the cost of the cushions. I read here how expensive the masks are. I wonder if the location is trying to just make $$ off me. I have been ordering every...

Dreamwear ffm users- Advice requested

Question, I LOVE my dreamwear ffm. I have been able to cut the leakage of air significantly. the question i have is if anyone cut the mouth area of the mask? The bottom of the mouth opening rests right on my lower lip. I would like trim a little of the mask to make it a little bigger and so the mask...

Re: Cpap wipes

Strange, I find my dreamwear ffm very comfortable and easy to clip and unclip with the magnets they added. Much easier than other masks I've had to wrestle with in the dark at night. I just slide it around and the magnets find each other. I wonder if there isn't a problem with the magnet on your ma...

Re: Full Face mask for high pressure and bearded man

I too have a full beard. I too am a mouth breather. I used the F20 but had to many leaks. I found this product that works really well. I do recommend it. http://www.cpapbeardandmustacheseal.com Also, I switched to the Dreamwear FFM and it has cut substantially down the leaks to under 10 L/ml per nig...
