ASV

Post by Debigee » Tue Oct 02, 2018 8:18 pm

Just found out I have idiopathic central sleep apnea. I have to start using a ASV machine. Anyone else have this?

Welcome!

Even when a condition is idiopathic/primary, making adjustments to lifestyle can sometimes help the condition quite a bit--adjustments to medications, for example. But ASV is amazing technology that helps many people get much better sleep. I hope it makes a big difference for you.

Welcome to the ASV club. If you have issues getting used to the machine, post here with your questions and likely get good advice.
