No water Tray

Hi! Forgot my water tray for the weekend- I was told I could use the machine without it if the humidifier was tuned off—I’m not getting any air into the tube or mask—how do I fix this?

I said if it would work you could turn off the heat but apparently it won't work without the water chamber in place.
You are going to have to separate the blower from the humidifier to get it to work.
I didn't know if the water chamber was critical to having the machine be able to blow air...apparently it is if it won't blow.

What kind of machine is it?
And is the air tube heated or not?

It's a DreamStation ...he's got another thread going.
And per BTS it doesn't matter if the hose is heated or not. It will attach to the blower if the humidifier is removed.
