For some reason your machine appears to be at set fixed 8.5 settings...per the graph. By any chance do you have Opti Start enabled? can you repost your graph fully zoomed out as the flows are zoomed in too far for us to see anything but it looks like more max pressure needed sure thing. ill post a few. a couple of the events during the night are false from the looks of it but im posting what looks real to me. and i remember wak...

If the setting of 6 caused problems with aerophagia then 7 is going to make it worse. i have been using a 6" block for a few days but some websites ive looked at said you can go up to 8 so im trying that I have a friend who has reflux. They put the head of their bed on blocks. When one of the grandsons was a toddler and would visit, he liked to sleep in the bed with the grandparents...

I find that 3 hours works for me. Complete dinner and last nibbles by 7:30 and lights out around 10:30.
