You can't.

You can send a private message to Carolyn Goodman and request it be de-activated if you wish.
If you want to edit any posts you made so nothing shows up you can edit your post and remove anything you said.

But you can Report the topic, then request that your account be deleted. The administrators *might* delete it.

Not sure why it's important, just stop using it.

If the OP is a truck driver he's supposed to use his cpap every day even when on holiday, some companies monitor them 24/7. A friend of mine had four days off and was told not to come to work because he hadn't used his cpap while off.
