Re: ISs it OK to use Purell type sanitizer on p10 or p30i?
I've used every possible type soap and alcohol wipes on my P10- whatever is handy or available. No adverse effects I've noticed. I think it's more important that it is clean, and not so important what you clean it with. Of course, you want to remember to rinse well and that you may be inhaling some ...

I'm confused. Your Dreamstation GO is not an auto? My GO is auto, and I thought that is the only one they make.

I would suggest you keep at least one of them. You never know when your new machines could break or quit. That way you have a back up.

Citalopram 20 mg
Can this make my clear airway events increase, or is it just a coincidence? I've been on it for 3 days, and normally my CA events are about .8 per hr., and they have gone up to 2 or 3 per hr.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Newbie: drying hose away from home
You can use the hose when it is still damp. No problems. it will just give you some extra humidity. I don't wash my long hose unless I have been in a hotel. Then I'm just washing it to clean the outside after it laid on a hotel bed. And I only do that after I have come home from the hotel. When I wa...

Re: is there a way to tell which way is up on the P10 in the dark?
There is no way I can feel the difference. So I tied a piece of string to the split headband that would be the piece that goes on the crown of my head. So in the dark, I feel for the string, and that is the piece of headband that goes on top.

Re: Rough Start - But advice on this site is helping!
A chinstrap helps with keeping your mouth shut. I use one with my Pillow mask. The long hose can be route over your headboard to keep it under control. Also, they make things called Hose hangers that help. There's one called the Cozy Hose boss I use. www.cpap.com has them. The chinstrap is probably ...

Re: Chinstrap and insurance
Hey froggy- I checked with Lincare on how often I could get pillows. The first time I asked in Jan., the rep from Lincare said "your insurance covers new pillows 1 per month'. In Feb. when I asked Lincare the same thing, the rep. said "your insurance covers 2 pillows per month:. When I asked the Ins...

Chinstrap and insurance
Do any of you get your chinstrap covered through insurance? How often do they replace them? Is the chinstrap that Lincare supplies a decent one? I see it is a code of A7036 when I googled it. thanks.

Re: Could use some advice on selling my ResMed S-9.
I paid $230 for an S9 autoset on here about 3 yrs. ago. It had much lower hours on it though, I don't remember the exact amount. THat's a nice machine. It would make a nice back up or travel machine, or good for someone on a budget that wants an auto. Try $175. or similar. You could advertise on her...

Re: AirMini vs Dreamstation Go - Weight Issue
You got to remember, the long hose and mask still take up the same amount of space, no matter how small the machine is, and the power cord. When I pack up the Dreamstation GO with the battery, I put it in the med. size case that it comes with. BuT- you still have to pack the long hose and mask. So I...
