You can use that hose. If you keep your bedroom cold or very cool while sleeping, you may have a problem with rain out. That is the only problem I see with using that hose.

Even if I use a zip cover for the hose?

Are there any issues with using the slimline resmed hoses with the airsense 10 and heated chamber? I just installed the slimline as I prefer it's light weight when connected to my mask but want to make sure its okay to use the temperature setting to warm up the water in the chamber.
