Exhausted lately - does it show in my numbers?

Post by stevehenryy » Mon Oct 28, 2019 4:12 pm

Hi,

I posted here a while back because I started on a 5-20 Auto setting and needed to move my minimum number higher. With all of your wonderful help I went from an average AHI of about 4 or 5 to about 3.2, and was feeling much better. Here is the original post.viewtopic.php?t=171544

Lately, however, I've been exhausted and am wondering if it's related to my settings. Attached are my last few nights' results. Is there anything I should be changing? I use a P10 nasal pillow.

Thank you, everyone!

How's your sleep quality?
Waking very much during the night? I see at least one stop and start in therapy on each of those reports. Why?

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?

Nope, no medications.

I generally feel like I sleep through the night except for occasionally getting up to use the bathroom. That's the cause of most of those stops/starts.

Maybe you're getting too much sleep. The charts in this thread show from 9 to almost 12 hours. Charts in your linked thread from last year show 7.5 to 8.5 hours.

Regularly getting too much sleep isn't necessarily good. Anything change to cause this?

Ahh, that’s an interesting theory. For the last little while I’ve been falling sleep around 11 or so and waking up around 8:30, so maybe that’s slowly built up into a problem.
