there was a fad a couple of years back and one of my daughters colored her hair grey. Made me nuts because she is a natural blonde. I would have killed for her color back in my younger days but she is always about the different colors. Its purple at the moment.Okie bipap wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 9:23 amI tell my daughters I am not gray, I am natural platinum blonde.

PLATFORM FOR CPAP, Lower than my head but not on floor. I thought about using a stepstool, but wanted to try to use the nightstand. The nightstand's countertop was too high to allow rainout to flow back into the humidifier. I knew the machine needed to be nearer to the floor. Solution was to add two legs to the bottom drawer, so the drawer would be a stable, level platform for the CPAP machine. The drawer is left open because I added screws through the drawer bottom to hold the legs in place, permanently.

HOMEMADE HOSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. I tried just draping the hose over the back of the headboard. Rainout became a problem, partly because the hose was level or lower than the humidifier. After getting the humidifier close to the floor, I still had rainout. Whenever I had rainout,I woke up, lifted the hose towards the ceiling and allowed any condensed pools of water to drain back into the humidifier. I thought about ways to keep the hose higher and looked at various hose management systems. I decided to use the headboard post as the stand. The decorative finial on the top comes off, so I found an over-the-door clothes hook that fit inside the dowel hole at the top of the post. Then I used an extra Scuncii headband to connect the hose to the clothes hook. The clothes hook and Scuncii are free to rotate as needed and the stretching headband allows movement when changing positions during the night.

Bah, anyone can wear pink: whether or not your or others that see it believes it’s a good look is an entirely different question, but why should you care what others think?babydinosnoreless wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 7:42 amThanks. I am a big fan of pink. I was a redhead and couldn't wear pink for many years. Now that I have gone silver I am enjoying my chance to finally wear pink. We now have a pink hose running up over the headboard on one side of the bed and a blue one on the other.

True. I used to worry about that when I was younger. Not so much anymore.Snoregone Conclusion wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 11:41 pmBah, anyone can wear pink: whether or not your or others that see it believes it’s a good look is an entirely different question, but why should you care what others think?babydinosnoreless wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 7:42 amThanks.
