I need Idea's

I've always switched between my side and my back when sleeping do to how my shoulders feel. Now I'm a mouth breather I can't use a chin strap and still breath, yet I lay on my side with my Cpap mask on and all I do is drool all night long. I end up waking up to a white flakey thing flipping around inside my mask. I've come to the conclusion that it is dried saliva. That could be dangerious flipping around in my mask it could choke me. I tried sleeping on my back the whole time but that didn't work for long without my shoulder on my right side of my body hurting like hell.

Does anyone have any idea's on how I can stop drooling without a chinstrap that will keep me from breathing or laying exclusively on my back where my shoulder screams in pain.

Just wondering if making a mask liner from a thin old t-shirt might help absorb some of the drool.

crafty? cut a triangle with a triangle hole inside it.

Trace the mask on a piece of paper. Cut out the traced-part - trace the cut-out part on an old t-shirt - then cut out the t-shirt.
