Oximeter - SleepyHead event question

Post by arthuref » Thu May 23, 2019 5:48 pm

I wore my Contec oximeter last night, with TAP 3 MAD (no CPAP). Looking at the results in SleepyHead today, there's an extreme spike. I'm wondering if it's from an event when I stopped breathing, or an anomaly, like oximeter cable coming loose or something. Anyone have any thoughts? Screenshot below.

Anytime you have sudden spikes like that, it's some sort of data glitch, perhaps because of movement. it's not physically possible for your SpO2 to change that fast ;)
