Thanks for all of the responses. Actually, the goal is to get below 2.. there is no "ideal", and chasing zero is an exercise in futility due to the diminishing returns that it offers. IMHO, 0 AHI is ideal. But we don't live in an ideal world, and perfect is the enemy of good. So if I'm getting AHI 2...

I wore my Contec oximeter last night, with TAP 3 MAD (no CPAP). Looking at the results in SleepyHead today, there's an extreme spike. I'm wondering if it's from an event when I stopped breathing, or an anomaly, like oximeter cable coming loose or something. Anyone have any thoughts? Screenshot below.

That's why I posted. I'd like to order headgear asap if needed, instead of waiting until the mask arrives.

Are you sure that it's not the exhaust holes that are venting the CO2 ? I think so; but not positive. The leaks sound louder to me than the exhaust...plus I'm getting large leaks in SleepyHead reports. If venting the C02, would that only be during exhale? Check the seal in the humidifier cover.

Ah, was just washing the humidifier and noticed that the seal is showing a bit of wear; is that part available? (ETA: found it as "ResMed H5i Humidifier Flip Lid Seal.")
