Re: Article: Could This New Apple Watch Feature Help Close the Sleep Apnea Diagnosis Gap?
In a clinical study, Apple validated that all of the people who received sleep apnea notifications from the watch did indeed get at least mild sleep apnea diagnoses. https://www.wellandgood.com/apple-watch-sleep-apnea/ Apple says it expects to receive FDA clearance for the feature, though it does n...

Re: Mold inside machine?
It is not likely mold. Dirt, dust, debris that, that collects on the bottom of tank.
On the off-chance it is mold or contains any pathogens, not a problem because that's not within the air-path of the therapy.

Re: Can you help me read my graphs please?
Nothing will change, so long as you keep trying it every once in a while. Put it on, stick with it every night. Acclimate to it. I would feel suffocated with such low pressures, I'd bum my minimum up to 7. One potential cause of the centrals could be EPR, try knocking it down to 2, to see if they re...

Re: tube temp=86-humidity=0-rainout insues
humidity at zero and temp at 86, of course When was the last time you didn't use any water? honestly I don't know. but i'll be happy to track it. what's your line of reasoning here? You've set your Humidity to 0, but still had water in the tank. Rain-out was reduced but still a potential problem. T...

Re: Resmed Slimline vs. standard tubing - how it works, settings
Standard tubing is 19mm Diameter SlimLine is 15 mm ClimateLine is also 15mm the narrower Slimline (and Climateline) adds a lot more resistance to the pushed air. This means there's a lot more fan speed and air flow to achieve the same pressure with a Slimline than Standard tubing. When you use the C...

Re: SD card error
Buy a new SD Card. The detail data from last night's session can't be retrieved, but the summery data can, as soon as you put your new SD Card in. So, the card is no good? I don't know. Probably not. There is a chance it can be revived. If I had it in my possession, there's some trouble-shooting th...

Hi, I am having the same problem with fibers in my air sense 11. Did you ever solve this problem? If so, please let me know how. I am pretty sure it is the filter because when I took it out after 2-3 months it was much thinner than the filter I was going to put in. You could practicality see throug...

Re: Best place to buy a CPAP mask
if you are changing DMEs because you want a specific mask, then you should share the mask name to ensure people aren't wasting their time and yours, suggesting places that also don't carry it.
There's also the possibility that the mask you want is in the twilight of it's life.

Thanks Grumpy48 and Dog Slobber! I returned it this afternoon and now feel really good for doing so. I think you made the right move. This is also a good opportunity to put you at ease about CPAP cleaning: SoClean (and other sanitiser manufactures), DMEs, and some CPAP users, fear-monger and overst...
