Help with Sleep HQ Interpretation

Post by loalexan » Sat Mar 16, 2024 9:42 pm

Hi! I am new here. Been using CPAP since August and am constantly waking up thru the night. After reviewing the SleepHQ data today, I now can see that I am waking up due to apneas happening. My machine is set to APAP 6-11.4.

I went to the doctor on Thursday and they shrugged their shoulders as to why I am waking up. Ha. Huge disconnect between doctors and patients with regards to sleep apnea.

So that leaves me to figure this out for myself. I have attached an image of the sleepHQ data. Been studying the data all evening.

Can someone assist me in interpreting the data so that I can readjust my machine?

Thank you!
