I will set up the minimum to 9 tonight and add EPR at 3. Should I also decrease the maximum from 20 to a lower number?

Again, I really apreciate the time you put in advicing me on this matter.
no. i don't like to speak for others, but past experience tells me she wouldn't recommend lower the max from twenty.

it would do nothing for you and you never know when your machine may have to go that high.

bottom line is-if she doesn't say it, she doesn't want it done.

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Oh man.....I thought for sure I saw your comment about last night include some gassy and bloat comments....but I don't see them now.
I have got some sort of bug and I am running a fever but I didn't know it was giving me hallucinations.

Anyway....you tried to make too big of a change at one time and the body didn't like it.
Let's just back up and give my idea today though a try. Maybe it will help.

And no...don't reduce the maximum at this time.

Let's see how your body likes EPR. You might like it ...or might be like me and just love it....or you might hate it.
FWIW....I once made a rather drastic change myself and I ended up with results a lot like yours. My body just didn't like the change and I slept horribly.

So forget the aerophagia lecture but let's back up and give my idea that would have helped aerophagia...a try. It might be just the ticket to better quality sleep. If we need more minimum we will go up slowly to give your body/brain a chance to adjust.

Hi Pugsy,
The last two nights have been bad. I can't stand the constant fluctuation of pressure, it wakes up all the time. Last night, after two hours dealing with these problems, I decided to change the settings from autopap to cpap at a pressure of 11.4. This new setting allowed me to sleep for 4 more hours. During these 4 hours, I woke up just a couple of times, surely because I was experiencing an OA. I

What do you think? Should I switch from autopap to cpap? Is this a good option?

I am attaching the graphs from last night.

Thank you for help.

You can try cpap mode if you wish. Gotta get the sleep first before we can treat anything.
Bear in mind you will probably have to use a higher pressure all night though.
Maybe try a fixed pressure for a period of time and revisit apap mode later and maybe with an extremely tight range of pressures.
