CPAP and coughing up blood

I, too, think it's mouth breathing. The high is set to 15, and I believe that's too high. The sleep study doctor said I function well at 11 since I don't sleep on my back. I don't know how to change the pressure or even check to confirm what it is. I have to go through the company to officially adjust pressure, and they won't do it without a prescription. The doctor has just left for a two-month leave of absence.

Please start your own thread, and you will get plenty of help from very experienced members. This is the way many of us got our machines set properly and our CPAP therapy working well.

I have told my sleep doctor that no one but me touches my machine or changes my settings. This was a shock to her, but she eventually accepted and encouraged it.
