2. Are you sure you are drinking sufficient water during the day? They say 64 oz. under normal conditions.
3. What is the climate in your area like? If you don't mind, which city?

Re: Mysathenia Gravis and Bipap Machine
Except for those who take to CPAP like a duck to water, I always recommend a consultation with an ENT ASAP. She will scope your nose on the first visit for a complete look at your upper airway. She will note any trouble spots and make recommendations. BTW, correction of a deviated septum is usually ...

Have you tried Nasacort every morning after a nasal rinse? The nasal rinse is so the Nasacort gets int...

It's certainly something to consider. Please provide a link to the site(s) you are considering and include which model.sleepywillllll wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2024 11:53 amThere are sites that sell certified used cpaps. Is that a scary thought? Or something reasonable to consider?

Re: Need a new cpap machine
What's your backup when your equipment goes down. Most experienced users in this forum keep a backup. Each time I am insurance-eligible for a new machine, I keep my old one as a backup. Check your local craigslist for a CPAP machine. Many people get machines and right away quit using them. Ask memb...

Do you have your last prescription?
A caring doctor or dentist can write you a prescription. My GP writes what I need despite never seeing my sleep study.

Re: Experience with Cigna and Travel CPAP
anyone has experience getting CIGNA to reimburse/pay for it Even if they do, they can't answer your question because they don't know the details of your policy. CIGNA has dozens of policies and benefits vary. You need to ask CIGNA if you are eligible for a new machine. The insurance code for a CPAP...
