Re: Need help with Mask AirFit F30i Full Face CPAP
Maybe 7 is too low. Currently, I generally sleep on settings 6 and 9. Although 10 is recommended for me. I caught a new strain of coronavirus over a month ago and started having earplugs after sleeping. I had to sleep without CPAP for a month. During this time, I had two laser palate correction pro...

Re: Need help with Mask AirFit F30i Full Face CPAP
Because the algorithm has determined against dropping the pressure. The algorithm decides at a certain point to turn my ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet into a ResMed Airsense 10 Elite :) In this case, all the advantage of AutoSet is lost. In fact, it's the only thing that's bothering me right now and ke...

Re: Need help with Mask AirFit F30i Full Face CPAP
Auto-on is another setting, where the machine turns on in response to your breathing. No need to reach over and press the button to turn the cpap on. This is separate from the pressure adjustment. I have the automatic shutdown of the device set for breathing and stopping. Another thing that bothers...

I ask for forgiveness, but I don’t understand your sake. I had automatic adjustments to the vise again 7-14. The seller recommending a change to fix 8-11.chunkyfrog wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2023 2:18 pmI thought the Airsense 11 had a setting for auto-on.
You might have to access it from the "clinician" menu.

Re: Using CPAP for 7 years but still have brain fog
I'm having a hard time getting a respiratory therapist that is knowledgeable enough to work with me. Does anyone here know if there are masks other than my nasal pillows that would do a better job of moving my tongue out of the way / help me get deeper sleep? Thanks! The nose pads didn't work for m...

Re: Need help with Mask AirFit F30i Full Face CPAP
Congratulations! At the moment, I have solved all the inconveniences that bothered me during CPAP therapy. Except for one that wakes me up every night. It's a problem when my Resmed 11 won't release the pressure and it stays around 9-10 and it causes leaks and wakes me up. I know that all you have t...

Fighting air leaks from under the mask Life hack
I propose to create a topic in which users will share their experience of combating air leaks with CPAP masks. My favorite resmed air touch f20 mask with open exhalation. I overcame my leaks with an elastic bandage ring and replacing the standard straps with similar straps, only with a "not for sale...

Re: Back Pain is.. Back! Really frustrated!
I gave it a try and it's been a few days, and back pain has been reduced with EPR turned off. Felt the change in my back pain after the first night and it's gotten better every night since. Nothing else has changed other than turning that setting off and so far the results have been promising. I'll...

Symptoms: With the P10 mask, my nostrils became extremely sore, red, and had oozing/flaking skin after 2 nights. I have a keloid scar under my left nostril that is very irritated. Switching from medium to small pillows helped little, but not much. A new N30 mask is on order to see if that helps. Ba...

Re: hybrid mask hurting my nose
Hello. thanks so much for the excellent advice. yes, I've tried full face masks: the sim plus and vitera but the vitera leaks at the sides. The evora is an extra small and fits well, it just tips my nose upwards. I will definitely look into which company will ship to Canada and get return insurance...

Re: Back Pain is.. Back! Really frustrated!
A different take. I saw an increase in my sciatica pain when I started cpap. Long story short, I wasn't moving around as much. Without cpap, I tossed-turned all night, it didn't matter what position I went to sleep in. With cpap, I spent long periods of time in one position. Once I figured that out...

Re: Is it worth moving from Resmed Autoset 10 to 11?
I guess the reviews I've been reading have been saying they run the chamber dry on the 11. Apparently the volume is the same though. I don't want to find that I'm running the 11 dry when I've only done that a handful of times on the 10 at the settings that are comfortable for me. When setting the h...
