AirSense 11 not transmitting data
AirSense 11 not transmitting data
Hello, I have been using my AirSense 11 autoset elite for about a year. Last week the machine stopped transmitting data. The cellular signal strength icon has a line through it indicating no cellular connection. IT does not have an SD card. I spoke with the DME and they had me unplug it, check it wasn't in airplane mode (it wasn't) and move it to another area in my home. When that didn't work, they referred me to Resmed customer service for a "reset." Resmed laughed and said there is not reset, we can't help you and you need to contact your DME. The DME says no data has been received in 5 days. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Thank you.

Sounds like a potential problem with the modem. It's under warranty . Don't let your DME ignore your problem.

There is no such thing as an autoset elite.
However, the Airsense 11 Autoset has been out over a year.
I have no idea if Resmed plans to produce an eleven elite,
but do NOT let the damn dme push one off on you.

My first machine had a bad phone modem in it. The DME replaced the machine under the factory warranty.
