Edit - I see you arranged a US address, like two days after the fact. I would guess that's a factor although I don't know what conditions there were on this half price deal, but there must have been something - limited time, while supplies last, both, etc. etc.

Thanks mate, no there wasn't any condition on it and after they asked for a US address I supplied them with one straight away.
