I however notice a change in the flow though compared with the P10 and the dreamports. I love the flow of the dreamports it's so relaxing and comfortable. I've been very busy lately though so I wear my P10 more than anything because it just slips on. THe dreamports are by far my favorite though.

Eating healthy, regular massage, no electronics before bed is what helps me. I use cpap though. I don’t think accupuncture is for sleep apnea. It will help you sleep but it can’t cure apnea?
