So Monday's sleep datalog proves how I felt on Tuesday?
Using a "surrogate" in "SkyLab View" isn't going to "prove" anything.

But.....

Last night seemed to be a pretty good sleep session if I base it on how I felt today.
I don't recall rolling around too much, and at one point when I did roll over my ear was pretty sore like I had been lying on it for a while.

I upped my pressure 1 cm, and tightened the mask a touch to try to eliminate some of the nuisance leaks.
The remzzz mask liners are working out great.

Here's the link for anyone that wants to comment.

Hello all.
I used my Simplus mask for a while and was getting these permanent lines/depressions on my face. In order to keep it from leaking, I had to wear it super tight. For some reason, about 3/4 of the way through the night, my skin oils/perspiration/slobber/humidity cause the silicone to slip and "fart". I used the REMZZZ's and that helped some, but still didn't get that perfect seal.

Last week I ordered and received a ResMed F40, and so far I seem to have good luck with it.

Here's a snapshot of last night if anyone wants to take a peek and offer any opinions.

I have found that a soft fabric mask liner, like Pad a Cheek, is more effective
and more comfortable.
Paper does nothing for me.

The remzzz is a soft fabric. I can't imagine using paper.

Sorry, I was thinking of another brand--maybe gone now--I hope.
