Re: Freedom V2 battery
Update: The second battery failed in the same manner as the first (flickering display, restarting CPAP and no juice at all when AC is lost) last week. I'm once again at the mercy of the power company and weather. Since I haven't used my V2's for continuous power they've not had the usage yours have...

Glad to hear you got a replacement. It's been a long road for everyone.

Re: ? on Wellue Rings (or similar)
Their app makes it look like it's a more frequent sampling than 4 seconds, at least once per second and possibly more frequently than that. Hard to say since the only data that can be exported has this 4 second interval.

Re: ? on Wellue Rings (or similar)
I have the ring - I used to download the data from the device to the desktop app using the included UART USB cable (it's not a standard USB cable) which gives you a visualization of the data. You can choose to export to CSV which includes 4 second interval snapshots like so: Time,SpO2(%),Pulse Rate(...

Re: How serious to take sleep apnea/cpap?
I have a pair of these Freedom V2 batteries and there are other makes/models out there with the same key features: - automatically supplies 24v for Resmed machines - charges using the machine's power supply that you already will be lugging around https://www.cpap.com/productpage/universal-freedom-v2...

Re: airsense 11 and Freedom battery
I just replaced my Airsense 10 with the 11. I am disappointed to see that they changed the power connector. The Freedom battery cable I used with the 10 wont work with the 11. I found a cable on the CPAP shop but they want $80. Has anyone found an aftermarket cable? Here is the one I found: https:/...

Re: How serious to take sleep apnea/cpap?
I take it seriously enough that I now pack my (charged) lithium battery since: - I have one - and it fits in the bag - Bonus - it charges using the machine's power supply, no extra gear needed After the couple of nights without it in the past few years I've been pretty useless the next day. A bad re...

So what's next here? "Honey I need a heart transplant..." "No no, the scars will be unsightly and I just find it too objectionable. I'm sorry but you'll have to do without"

I think the good doctor has never experienced the condition himself. If only there were an OSA simulator, like those goggles they put on people and make them drive like a drunk.

If Toshiba still made some version of the Flashair cards that would be great. You can still find them on ebay albeit at somewhat inflated prices. Setup of a Flashair card might not be a task for everyone but I will say once it's set up, if you're comfortable moving files around in Windows it makes u...

And it does not appear to be a release of any future liability either; that's kind a requirement for me to participate. If you don’t want a payment or any other benefits from the Settlement and you want to keep your ability to sue the Philips Defendants or the other Released Parties or Ozone Cleani...

Re: CPAP Class Action Lawsuit Settlement
I too received the Philips class action law suit form but haven't read through it entirely yet. This is the second Resmed DreamStation machine I received as replacement for the warranty issue in 2021. Now this one also needs to be returned. I can safely say that I do not want any more Philips cpap ...

Re: CPAP Class Action Lawsuit Settlement
I got the letter and don't know how to respond. The machine I have is now 4 years old. I registered on Philips site when the recall was announced, but haven't heard anything about a replacement. I've continued to use it with an in-line filter on the hose, which is working well. This filter gets dir...

Re: Urgent Mask Leaking Help
I am thinking someone will show up in this thread and suggest a soft cervical collar? Not speaking from experience as i do not use one but it seems like a quick easy workaround you could try to help the situation. As a mouth breather myself with sinus challenges I have settled on the Oracle oral onl...
