Maybe this mechanism would be more the relevant one for the OP... Yeah, probably not. FoF only lasts as long as the threat is present +45 minutes or so. Yeah but in insulin resistance your glucose is normal or high. If one is hypoglycemic then they aren't insulin resistant. AAMOF they would be insulin super un-resistant.
