Is anyone aware of a company that creates customized masks? I have tried 8 masks and they "all" leak air around my cheeks! My husband has tried to help me by putting extra foam into the sides of the masks and applying more pressure on the areas around my mouth to no avail. I guess the hollow of my cheeks is the problem!
I'm wanting a form to be created around the areas of my face where the mask fits, then the mask can be customized according to that form!
Suggestions?

Re: Customized Mask
I'm not aware of any custom mask makers, though they'd have a very good market for them if the figured it out.
someone may come in with the answer. but if not, you may want to check padacheek.com. they make mask liners that can help in your situation. kerren there is a member of the forum and an all around good egg.
good luck!

Re: Customized Mask
You sound like a candidate for the Bleep. There are two models, one with magnets and one without.
https://bleepsleep.com/
The 'mask' is not a mask, the tube attaches to your nose with tape-on bits. Watch some lanky:

And some Nicko:

It's not real cheap... perhaps 1$/day for the consumables. I could not tolerate it on my nose... I prefer a full-face mask over the nose.

Re: Customized Mask
I've probably been through 10 or more different masks, more than half of them some type of full face mask. Also the one total face mask I tried - the Fitlife from Respironics (link below). I'm on pause trying anything new for a while.

A few of the full face masks were passable mostly, and worth having around in case they're needed like during a head cold or other weird situation but none of them were consistently low leak or no leak all night long, and they all pretty much leaked around bridge of my nose all the time and caused dry eye.
I've been using the Oracle 452 for a few years now and it's working for me. It's not for everyone. They claim some can learn to mouth breath without nose plugs when using this but I still need to block the nasal flow somehow. They give you nose plugs but I just tape up with 3M micropore tape. Bleep I never tried but my sinuses don't pass enough air to be comfortable with a nasal only setup much of the time. The Oracle 452 is inexpensive relative to others and lasts for months without costly cushion replacements or extras.
