I just bought one of these. As long as you don't abuse them (make too many gallons in a row without cooling) they more than pay for themselves.

I'd say, not a glitch. A narrower range or CPAP is always going to be better (for comfort) than the wild swings of 5cm to 20cm. Comfort = sleep. Sleep = less fatigue, eyelid twitches, brain fog, low mood. AHI may look good at those pressures but how do you sleep? Do you sleep is a better question. I...
