Got my F40 yesterday (03/21/24) from CPAP supplies. Wore the F40 mask last night for the first time. More comfortable than my F30 and kept a great seal all night. My AHI stays around 2.0 avg but this morning it was .50 AHI. Lowest it's ever been in 5 years. I did change the mask setting to 'Pillows'...

Got my V-Com yesterday and tried it out last night. For some reason with the V-Com in place my Resmed AirFit F30 QuietAir elbow is making very loud air noises on inhaling and when I remove the V-Com the air noises go away and back to normal.
