Ahhhh. I understand your desire to sort out your unwanted symptoms but putting awake breathing under the microscope is not going to give you the answers you want. Heck...I don't even know if your asleep breathing is the problem but I know that awake breathing isn't the problem.

Not all our problems are airway related and thus fixable by the machine no matter how much we want it to be.
The machine can only fix the airway problem. It can't fix other health problems unrelated to airway problems and while we are awake we simply don't have airway issues like sleep apnea.
