Re: standard or soft response
No, I don't think so. I keep a sleep/medical log of anything unusual or if I change a setting. There was nothing for this day, so just a typical day and night, no setting changes. I had been creeping my minimum up for awhile. Pressure range was 10-12, but I had been at that for awhile with some much...

Re: Still exhausted after 8mo of CPAP -- is oral appliance better? Skinny young male, fat tongue, narrow palette
I am a newbie with no knowledge of how to interpret charts, but I will share with you my experience with oral appliances. My family also has narrow palates and at least one of us, my younger sister, was told she has a fat tongue. She has been successfully using CPAP and is very happy with the result...

Re: standard or soft response
I have been trying to understand about flow limitations, but am just getting more confused. There is some kind of relationship between flow limitations and flagged events that may or may not be events. I'm trying to figure out what's a real event and if I have flow limitations. I thought I could loo...

Re: general question about flow limitations
I'll try.
EDIT: Leaving this thread. I do not like arguments with snarky comments.
I was just hoping for a general answer to the significance of flow limitations, but there doesn't seem to be a simple answer. Going back to my thread about soft response.

Re: general question about flow limitations
If you can, post an OSCAR screen capture showing your breaths in about 3 second spacing (go under events and select 3). And also your summary on the left side showing your FL numbers. Posting images here is problematic due to space so if you can post them elsewhere and link that would be great. Or ...

Re: Mouth Tape?
I tried several tapes. The MedVance Silicon Tape is by far the most comfortable. No irritation when I take it off in the morning. https://cureandcareshop.com/collections/silicone-tape Thanks for this link. I want to try just one roll. The tape I was using was discontinued, and I haven't been thrill...
