Cpap data

Post by Pitts6mc » Mon Mar 25, 2024 9:18 pm

Looking for help altering my SD carddata. I use my machine regularly and I truly believe in its benefits. However....I am required to maintain 6 hours 70% of the time and that is a tough order for someone that has a busy lifestyle. I dont always get 6 hours of sleep! Is anyone good at modifying the data on the sd card to get it in line twith the requirements?

Whose requirements are those?

I had some thoughts about this, but on reflection I think the prior question is whose requirement you're needing to meet.

Generally speaking when someone just HAS to meets certain cpap usage requirements to keep their job... it is because someone works in an industry where public safety is a critical factor.

Over the road trucking is one....airline pilot is another...and maybe some other indurstry that doesn't come to my mind at the moment.....or perhaps an employer simply has their own requirements.

If someone simply can't manage to get the required number of hours of cpap use to keep their job then they need to go find another job that doesn't have such cpap usage requirements.

I am NOT going to help someone cheat and then have to worry about if that person goes out and kills someone because of sub optimal cpap usage or therapy and I was complicit in their cheating. Simply not going to happen.

Yup, wondering where OP got 6 hours. Most everybody is 4.

Might be the FAA for airline pilot.

https://www.faa.gov/ame_guide/special_i ... leep_apnea
Target goal should show use for at least 75% of sleep periods and an average minimum of 6 hours use per sleep period.

Seems to trace back to this thing (at least up to a couple years ago):
