Should I Care about CSR Events?
In the last two weeks, OSCAR has detected three nights where I had Cheyne Stokes Respiration (CSR) events... Should I be concerned? I am sure the answer is going to be "it depends"... Not sure if this helps, but here are the details of the three days: - June 28 - 17.6% - July 9 - 10.08% - July 18 - ...

Forgot to Re-Insert My SD Card... Somewhat surprised...
After importing my sleep data from my SD Card on Monday night, I figured I lost all of my data for that night... This morning I imported my CPAP data from last night, and lo and behold, there was some data imported from the night before... Not a lot of data..a lot of the important and relevant data ...

I am a noob (having only been on this CPAP for a month, and struggling)...so in some ways, I am thinking about just not taking the dang machine with me... Re: My Struggles Finding A Mask That Works for Me
I started with a full face mask that went over the nose. I couldn't stand it. At the time I had a Phillips DreamStation 1. I switched to the Amara View that covers the mouth and goes under the nose. It was so much better. Now that I have a ResMed unit my new F20 mask is comparable but not quite the...

What Can I Do to Mitigate Clear Airway Apnea Events?
OK... Noobie question that may or may not make sense... I notice that my data in OSCAR and SleepHQ show that most of my apnea events are not Obstructive Apnea, but mostly Clear Airway events... I am sure without my CPAP machine, I probably have a lot of OA... But now that my CPAP machine seems to be...

Re: My Struggles Finding A Mask That Works for Me
You know it would be REALLY helpful when people talk about their masks or the issues with their masks if the actual brand and model mask was mentioned. If you have trouble removing ANY mask during the night when you are asleep...that's a common complaint and we tell people to just tape the mask str...

OSCAR & SleepHQ Data Interpretation Help
OSCAR was a great find (thanks to this community!)... I have been importing my data daily and inspecting my data every day to see how I can improve my settings... I have started to do a dual import of my CPAP data into both OSCAR, and a new and similar tool called SleepHQ. I learned about SleepHQ fr...

My Struggles Finding A Mask That Works for Me
I continue to struggle to make CPAP a normal part of my daily sleep routine... I mean, I do use it every single night...so I am not struggling with making the daily attempts... But it's still a huge struggle for me... The first issue I had was mask comfort and effectiveness... I tried the nasal pill...

Re: OSCAR Reporting Everything One Hour Early - Timezone Settings?
Cool... Just made the adjustment... Worked like a charm! Thanks...
Funny that the setting falls within the CPAP tab... A time shift like that I would have expected to be in the General tab...

Re: OSCAR Reporting Everything One Hour Early - Timezone Settings?
Thanks @Pugsy... I agree that hours and data aren't really dependent on the accuracy of the time event windows... That said, I am a bit AR when it comes to this kind of stuff... Given my preference to fix this, what is the best way to do so? Should I just use the "sledgehammer" approach and use the ...

OSCAR Reporting Everything One Hour Early - Timezone Settings?
Hi All... I am a first time user of OSCAR and just loaded my first night's data... What can I say? This is very cool stuff!!! The information, analysis and trending information are far superior than what I can get from ResMed's MyAir mobile app and web portal... The one thing that I am trying to fig...
