Help Interpret "Events per Hour" Data

Post by Fritz1255 » Sat Mar 30, 2024 8:48 am

I have a Resmed Airsense 11 with nose mask. My "events per hour" is averaging about 2.0. I assume this is "mild" apnea? Am I missing something?

You are doing fine as far as breathing. What is your leak level?

How do you feel near bedtime? Tired but not stressed? Did you have energy during the day? Did you have any excess sleepiness?

That's your treated apnea. Get into the clinical menu on your machine. Look at Reports. Tell us the breakdown of the events. You can get directions to unlock the clinical menu on YouTube.

Typically, a treated AHI of 2.0 is good treatment.
