S11 vs S10
I currently have a ResMED S10 for her, set to use the regular algorithm, not the for her. I am eligible for a new CPAP so I wanted to "upgrade" as mine is a bit beat up... nothing major, but as I've met my deductible and it will cost me zero to get a new one, might as well. I tried the S11 and used ...

Re: Resmed S10 vs Phillips Respironics DreamStation
I've been off this site for a while (since the last time I got my S9 years ago). I figure it's time to get a new CPAP... not that I have any specific complaints about the S9. I just figured the technology is better now. A couple questions: 1) any consensus for "what's better" the Resmed S10 Airsens...

Re: Resmed S10 vs Phillips Respironics DreamStation
Point of annoyance for me....there are no S10 machines in the ResMed line. There is the AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 model lines. And yes...I know that there is at least one website that uses the S10 nomenclature but they don't care if it annoys me or not. S10s are Chevy trucks to me. Do the n...

In previous release of sleepyhead I was able to reset the zoom feature of any graph by hitting "reset". Now I can't find that button and am stuck in zoom mode.

Central Apneas
is it strange that when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea they didn't mention anything about any centrals... and my results appear to have more centrals than OAs... are these results worthy of a trip to a sleep doc? http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/gg554/afrankenberger/ScreenShot2014-07-26at123048...

OA without flow limitation?
I'm confused -- on sleepyhead how can i have an "obstructive apnea" without a flow limitation... as detailed below... shouldn't an apnea without any flow limitation be classified as a central? thanks for your help in understanding this... http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/gg554/afrankenberger/Scre...

Re: Newly Diagnosed 21 Y/O Seeking Advice
I was in my 30s when diagnosed... thought it was the end of the world... question -- are you male or female? I ask because, as a guy, I have been pleasantly surprised at just how NOT A BIG DEAL having a CPAP has been with women, even as a single guy. I used to have a mouthguard which was effective f...

Re: Escape Auto--Let's Clear this Up
As a relative newbie, there are very few posts I can help with. I'm all over this one, though, having both machines right in front of me right now (I just got the Autoset). Here's a closeup of the power button on the two different models: http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/gg554/afrankenberger/phot...

http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/gg554/afrankenberger/ScreenShot2014-06-26at35544PM_zps7355760d.png I had similar results last night... very few OAs or H's, the bulk of my events were CAs which seem to get worse as pressure increases. Wow. This data is making me question whether I even have OSA,...

http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/gg554/afrankenberger/ScreenShot2014-06-25at21754PM_zps9f39c49e.png A little background about me: I was diagnosed with OSA 6 years ago, with an AHI of 28. For the first 5 years I used a dental device bc i was mortified at having a CPAP, and found them unbearable. ...
