Re: FitLife Total Face CPAP/BiPAP Mask

Has anyone tried this full face mask and what do you think of it? I have used the F20 for years and keep having recurring nose bridge problems. I have resorted to using band aids for protection. Rich It's a very unpopular mask. Why not try a full-face mask that doesn't touch the nose bridge? Exampl...

An old saw - "You get out of it what you are willing to put into it."

Expecting to be spoon-fed leads to patient and supplier frustration.

Re: Switch to P30i Mask - success but high leak rate - problem?

Didn't need to go full data route as the large with bigger holes worked out find and I'm enjoying the mask and sleeping well. I'm big on data, but if you are sleeping well and feeling well during the day, then data schumata->🚮 Thank you both. Pugsy's so good, it does seem like there are multiples o...

Re: Padacheek liners leaks

have any advice? Switch to a full-face mask that fits under the nose and doesn't touch the nose bridge. https://www.cpap.com/collections/full-face-cpap-masks My personal preference is the ResMed AirFit F30i Full Face CPAP Mask. If you don't like the hose connection on the top of your head, there's ...

Re: Noise mask exhaust Resmed P10

It's not hard to train a non-cpap user who works at a lab in how to measure a person, ask what position they sleep in and at least make a reasonable recommendation based on their knowledge helping others and knowing the brands much more than I do. It has never worked that way. It doesn't work that ...

 Yeah, it's like some people train wild horses. CPAP has to break us in before we quit buckin' it. 🐎

Anyone tried CBD oil for their back pain? Thinking of trying it. A systematic review published in the journal Cureus analyzed multiple studies on CBD and pain management. The review concluded that CBD could help reduce pain and inflammation in conditions such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, fibro...

I've been trying out the tape thing for about a week. It seems to be working good. Takes a little to get used to, but it has stopped my dry mouith.
By eliminating mask leaks, the tape also improved the chances you could use your nasal-only interface and be effectively treated.

1. I'm not much help with mask choice. You may already know that cpap.com contains photos, specs, ratings and reviews on virtually all masks - http://www.uarsrelief.com/sleeppositions.html 2. YouTube has videos about masks for side sleepers - https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=cpap+masks+f...

Please state the exact model machine you will be using.

Regardless, you will need a solar charger if you have no other way to charge the battery when not in use.

Re: How to know the CPAP pressure from the APAP mode in AS10?

Generally, we don't recommend tweaking (dial wingin') pressure settings without data. So, if you want to do it the right way, download OSCAR and post a screenshot here (instructions in a thread near the top of the index page, plus we can help). Or, get a free account at SleepHQ.com and paste the lin...

Re: Returning CPAP User - Mask Question DreamWear FF or ResMed F40

For those who have used both the ResMed F40 The ResMed F30i has worked very well for me for several years. I tried the F40 recently and didn't like it. Not sure exactly how to explain it, but the F40 seemed too "fragile". The overhead hose on the F30i makes hose management easy. If the hose is pull...
