Sandman DuoST -- Need Unlock help

I am a very long time CPAP user, who has misplaced his Clinician manual for the Puritan Bennett Sandman DuoST.
I need to unlock the menu system. I understand all the consequences of changing settings. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Go to apneaboard.com to download your clinicians menu.

They did NOT have the manual at that location. Need help in unlocking the
Sandman Duo from Puritan Bennett (Covidian)
