Many of us "oldtimers" seldom change the water. Just top it off when it gets low. Rested Gal and I are among the oldies. Obviously speaking of cpap use, not age. .........

My HI always seems to be considerably higher than my AI numbers. For mouth breathing, you need to try a full face mask or seal your mouth closed.
