Sweating under the mask

Post by Lepeu63 » Tue Apr 10, 2007 8:44 am

Good morning all,

Lately I've been waking up very sweaty under my FF mask - to the point where I'm leaking all over the place (the leaks are what wake me) as the seal's gone from the moisture. I wipe my face off and the seal, go back to sleep and I'm up an hour later doing it again.

Never happened to me before last week.

I'm ASSUMING it's due to the warming weather - I went on CPAP mid-winter here in the northeast. I've got the heated humidifier turned to 0 and it's still happening.

Anyone else deal with this and if so, any suggestions?

Heck.....it's STILL "mid-winter" here.

Our seasons here are:
Almost Winter
Winter
Still Winter
Road Construction

Other than that......what's the temperature in your bedroom?
Ever tried chilled (or even ice) water in your humidifier?

I keep my humidifier water in the refrigerator all year round.
