Re: Sick and a tad freaked out... questions

Just as a side note, my Doc says that the flu strain that's going around now, is NOT the strain that they've been giving shots for this year.
So says the CDC, supposedly....

Re: Has anyone cleaned thier mask in the dishwasher

I've never tried it, but it may depend on *which mask* you put in the dishwasher.
Hans Rudolph 7600 V2 is the only one that I can think of, off hand, that actually makes the claim that you can clean it in the dishwasher, but there are probably others.

Re: New computer/old software

My Encore Pro 2 software and my Mako card reader work great on both of my Windows 7 64bit computers.
They did not work with my earlier model WindowsXP.

So... you aren't really from North Carolina?

What is TOR and how do you get there from here? Anyone?

Re: OT?--A Thread About Nothing (or, Please Hijack This Thread)

I didn't think to look for the homepage of the IP being assigned. I just noticed that it was generating an IP address different than my own. I can think of a couple of reasons that this site may have attributed that post to Archangle, but they would be just guesses. I downloaded the free Tor browse...

Re: OT?--A Thread About Nothing (or, Please Hijack This Thread)

Connected through the Tor network That "shouldn't have" happened.. I use Tor through Firefox, Windows7, and have never had a problem. Every time I log onto Tor, it shows that I'm coming from a different location, usually somewhere in Europe, but I've been to every country at some time or other. It ...

I hate to stay ON topic, but you could always use the Tor Browser. It will HIDE your ip address from websites that you go to.It doesn't require an installation.

Re: OT: Nasal Cold Sore

Those are horrible! I usually get them at least once a year. Ever since I was a young child I've been plagued with cold sores, although back then they were always on the mouth/lips. Cold sores (HSV1) and genital herpes (HSV2) are NOT the same thing. I don't have any advice on how to get rid of cold...

OT: The Night Before Christmas

The Night Before Christmas -- for the Politically Correct 'Twas the night before Christmas and Santa's a wreck... How to live in a world that's politically correct? Re: headgear experiment

A few months ago I ordered the Hans Rudolph 7600 V2 because I got tired of the lousy headgear that comes with the QuattroFX. Unfortunately I could not get the HR 7600 to hold a seal, no matter what I did. The Hans Rudolph does have excellent headgear. Far superior to the thin and flimsy headgear of ...

Re: OT: Tragic Shooting.

I wish there had been an armed guard in Sandy Hook. It's possible that this disturbed person might have been neutralized before he had a chance to enter the building. I am of the opinion that the loved ones wish that as well. I agree. I think that no citizen is allowed to legally enter a school bui...

Re: Tried sleeping in my Recliner.... fail

I've slept in a recliner and did okay, (although my spine was no better for it.)
I think the type of mask used would definitely be an important factor. And the straps may require some adjustment from the settings used laying flat in your bed.
