Re: Pilairo!

OOOOOHHHHH i love my Pilairo......its so light, compact and after using it now every night for four weeks, my ears no longer get sore, nor does inside my nose, never has it slipped off my head and amazingly, it stays in the one place in amongst my hair. Never have i had to tie my hair up or back. Ye...

Re: Need help from Intellipap settings experts.

Well......last night I set top pressure to 11 and low 6.5. Settled in for a good night. I have no problems with sleeping with my extra bed partner 'hose'. Woke up once with a full on blast of air however I think my Pilario mask may have slipped a little. My AHI reading a whooooooppppppppiiiinnnngggg...

Re: Need help from Intellipap settings experts.

Thanks Slartybartfast, i have read some of your other posts and find them very helpful, especially as you have had what appears to be enough experiences with the Intellipap machine. I havent check my data yet today, rushed out the door too early to disturb slumbering household. I like this machine -...

Re: Need help from Intellipap settings experts.

Thanks for all the replies. I've started making notes of my settings to be sure I not what I'm doing to tweak it. One other question from the group - ?..... Why does the sleepcube data differ from the smart code data via the Internet. I had a reading of 2.o AHI on the machine yet when I checked the ...

Re: Is there such a thing as the perfect mask?

I'm happy with the Pilario for a first time mask, however I'm thinking I'll start looking for a second excellent mask just in case I loose, break, throw this one...... I trialled a full mask during my sleep study and I'm happy the nasal pillows mask is working well. It is light and easy to sleep on ...

Re: Pilairo!

Yes....i am the same with slight nose irrataions from the Pilairo. I have used vaseline for the last 2 nights to ease the discomfort when I first put mask on at night.
I beleive it is my nose adjusting to CPAP along with the rest of my brain and senses!!!!!!!!!

Re: Pilairo!

[quote="Pugsy"]Night number two with the Pilairo Pugsy thanks for your report... How do you compare the Pilairo with the other masks you listed in your profile. I am thinking of adding another mask to my collection and not sure which way to go, given this mask the strap is very fine and not bulky. C...

Re: Pilairo!

Third night into CPAP. So far so good with the Pilairo. My only gripe is I have one sore ear where the strap/band sits during the night. I guess it must be luck if the one size fits all works, I'm impressed by the comments about the other masks and will most likely purchase a spare, not sure if I wi...
