Re: Blue-blocking glasses (and other Seth Roberts experiments)
I like, and use, Flux on my laptop, but it's not enough for my DSPS. I need the blue-blocking glasses or red filters on my screen especially when I'm using it late at night. Still, I find flux soothing in the winter, when it starts dimming early and I haven't put on my blue blocking glasses yet.

Re: Blue-blocking glasses (and other Seth Roberts experiments)
Yup, I'm using blue blocking glasses every night to help reset my circadian rhythm. It really, really helps. See this link for the various blue-blocking glasses available, and some references: http://www.circadiansleepdisorders.org/treatments.php#blueblock Any particular recommendations? These vary...

Re: Blue-blocking glasses (and other Seth Roberts experiments)
@Echo: you say these glasses are working for you? What kind of schedule do you use for wearing them? I use the Dewalt Red laser enhancement glasses 4 to 5 hours before sleep, anywhere from 2 to 6 hours may be needed. Lately i've been experimenting with even more light restriction (keeping room ligh...

Cokomo, that's great news! How does the size of the FX & the F10 cushions compare - did you get the same size?

Re: Fitting Quattro Air Mask
the Quattro Air is the only one I can't make leak if I tried to. Also, make sure you have one that fits. The Air runs one size small, so if you normally take a medium be sure to get a large. Hi old dude, The Air runs smaller compared to which masks? What about compared to the Quattro FX? (That also...

Re: Five years already? Yup! (Need advice on new machine)
Congrats on the 5 years!! I'm looking to get a new machine myself but will go for the PR1 I think. I agree with Blackspinner, no use being cutting edge if it means bugs!

Re: Best CPAP on market
Thanks for the link explaining the differences between the 2 machines robysue!! If it's not *too* much trouble, could you add something to that thread about the procedure for filling up the water tank? I had a shock when I went from the PB420e to the Intellipap - with the latter I can no longer fill...

So sorry to hear of this.
The website info is confusing tbough, as it should read 2014 (so last month). His last post was from December 2013.
May he rest in peace.

Re: Two New Airfit Masks, F10 and N10
Did you try just going to resmed.com & using the search function?
I see now that part of my link may have been cut off so maybe double check you're getting the whole link? Sorry on tapatalk!

Huh. So if you do a search for airfit, you can find it. But it's still not on the products list.

Re: machine on planes
AFAIK, normally not. But if you're travelling internationally it can be useful - i've been asked for it a couple of times outside of the US (as a security measure), though more and more they know what a CPAP is.
