help with sleepyhead charts

Hi everyone,
Please could someone help explain my sleepyhead chart,
At between 6:30 and 7 I felt like I could not breath, It was almost like I forgot my machine was there and would help me along!,

It looks like your leaks are fairly under control. Why not set your ramp higher or get rid of it altogether? You're getting a lot of hypops right at the beginning of your ramp, and I wonder if it's because the ramp pressure is so low. 6:30 am you were just starting the ramp again. Is it possible that's when you feel most like you're asphyxiating? Others will probably chime in with better advice. Best of luck!

Sounds to me that turning off the ramp would be a good choice, too.

Glad that the ramp change is helping. After about a week, I'd love to hear whether your AHI is getting lower.
