Where do I find this software? I dont know how to look for uncle bob.

What you need to do is get the Rescan software and you can see for yourself how well you are doing. You can download it from a member here named Uncle_Bob.

Your tech can still give you his opinion of the results, but it is also good to keep track yourself.

Version 4.1 works with Windows 7 but I had problems loading it onto Windows XP. I have Version 3.13 that works with XP.

It looks like you are doing very, very well. Some results will appear quickly, others may take a while.
Patience is not easy, but repetition makes it easier to do each time, and the benefits will add up.
